On 26 November, Philippe Vlaemminck took part in “Brussels as lobbying & arbitrage capital” seminar in Warsaw. The event was organised by hub.brussels and hosted by Polish Employer’s Association Pracodawcy RP.
Philippe Vlaemminck discussed the most currently sensitive field of arbitration – the future of the Bilateral Investment Treaties (BITs) in the European Union following the Achmea ruling.

The special guests included the Ambassador of Kingdom of Belgium H.E. Mr Luc Jacobs. The seminar was followed by the networking lunch with three kinds of excellent Belgian drought beer and pralines.
This was the closing event of the BELGIAN DAYS 2018 organized by the Belgian Business Chamber. We are already looking forward to 2019 edition.
