We offer attached to, but separated from our office on half-day or day basis  a professionally equipped space with a total surface of 200m2 including a board room  (up to 22 people), conference room  (up to 70 people), kitchen and two bathrooms. The  space  is located  in the center of Brussels (Avenue des arts), close to the EU institutions, very well connected to public transport (metro Trone and Art-Loi) and easily accessible from every side of the city. All rooms are equipped with the natural daylight, air conditioning system and free wireless internet connection. Additional catering service may be arranged.
Conditions & costs  for rent/Usage can be send on demand.

BOARD MEETING  ROOM (22 people)

Fully equipped board meeting & conference rooms  also available to third parties interested tin organizing meetings, trainings, seminars and board meetings. Located in the center of Brussels, with 22 of a high standard conference chairs, presidential table, free Wifi connection and a flipchart.

With a surface of 45 m2 the room can accommodate up to 22 people around a presidential table.

The room is an ideal place to meet your clients, organize workshops, trainings, seminars and board meetings. It is fully renovated with daylight and wireless internet connection.

With a surface of 85 m2 the room can accommodate up to 70 people. It offers natural light, free wireless internet connection and the latest high-resolution flat TV screen. The conference room may be arranged according to your needs to organize conferences, lectures, business breakfast or networking lunch. Catering service may be  arranged, as well as technical and logistics support throughout the meeting.
