Philippe Vlaemminck is regarded as a leading force in the gaming and gambling debate in the European Union. With more than 40 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of European and international regulation, European litigation (100 cases before the CJEU, EFTA and General EU Court) and trade law, Philippe represents and advises several European Member States and governments around the world, their gaming regulators, lottery associations, lottery cooperative structures and lottery operators.

Furthermore, Philippe has assisted the federal government in many Belgian and European regulatory matters and represented the government in several Constitutional Court cases and before the European Commission.

Robbe Verbeke

Robbe Verbeke has extensive experience in gaming and lotteries law in the Belgian as well as European regulatory framework. Additionally, Robbe advises on general commercial law and has gained particular insight into the interconnection between regulatory requirements and commercial law. Robbe has litigated before numerous Belgian courts (civil, penal, administrative and constitutional), the European Court of Justice and the EFTA Court. Plus, he is a regular speaker at gambling-related events.
