Jenna is a senior lawyer specializing in general commercial law and data protection. Jenna also has experience in both national and European competition law matters, including vertical agreements, cartel cases and issues relating to abuse of dominance. She assists clients during administrative procedures before the European Commission and defends clients before both national and European courts. Jenna has experience both as a lawyer at the Brussels bar and as an in-house counsel for a large industrial company. Since 2017, Jenna has also been certified by the IAPP as a Certified Information Privacy Professional for Europe (CIPP/E).
